Introduction

Aráshì Karate Club was formed in September 2008
and operates from the Jersey Marine area of Neath,
under the eager gaze of Instructor Richard Chambers (Shodan).

Richard started Karate in 1995 at the tender age of 5yrs.
In his 15 years of training as a Student, 
he competed successfully at Local, Regional & National events.

That 15 years of experience is now being used to guide his Students
in the most productive manner possible.

Aráshì is affiliated 
to one of the most successful & progressive
Wado Ryu Associations in Wales

All Club Instructors are fully qualified WKGB Coaches,
holding First Aid Certification, Professional Indemnity Insurance,
Sports Coach UK Certified in Safeguarding & Protecting Children,
and have been through the rigorous process of an
Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure.


Aráshì Karate Kai, through the Welsh Karate Kai,
enjoys regular Gradings, Courses & Competitions.
Its Students are able to compete to the highest level.
The Instructors have the most 
contemporary selection of tuition available to them,
to aid its programme of Continuous Professional Development.
